Wedding Portraits

01 / 07

If you just cringed at the word 'portraits' do not fret! Portrait tends to convey the words forced, cheese, generic. My goal in taking any personal photos of the two of you is to avoid this at all costs!

Couple portraits should be relaxed, honest and fun as well as personal to you both. Whether that's the two of you walking into the sunset or jumping on a trampoline in the back garden.....

My main aim and focus on your wedding is to be a fly on the wall and capture the day as it unfolds. I do, however, love to take some more relaxed portraits of the two of you if possible.

Being able to whisk you away from everyone for a few minutes means I'm able to capture some more personal photos of just the two of you - as well as give you a chance to get away from all the chaos for a few minutes and be with each other!

I always make this part of the day fun, relaxed and natural. I won't force you into any cheesy poses or make you do anything you're uncomfortable with! I have found that couples always agree that it was worth the time to take some portraits when they see the photos.
